Kristin Bayley, MS, MSLP, BCBA, CPSP, CBA

Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner

Kristin started her career in behaviour analysis in 1998, working in the residential setting with adolescents and in-home programs with preschool children. After completing her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she moved to London to work at a school and became certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2003.

After relocating to Sydney in 2007, she commenced her Masters of Speech and Language Pathology program at Macquarie University, finishing 4 years (and 2 children) later. In 2016, she opened To the Moon & Back, a multidisciplinary clinic that provides speech therapy, behaviour therapy and behaviour support.  In 2019, Kristin was given the opportunity to develop and deliver the content for the graduate programs in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University.  She remained there as a lecturer for 4 years, where she supported over 200 students completing the courses.  In addition to being a BCBA, an SLP and Certified Behaviour Analyst, Kristin is also an NDIS Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. 

Kristin believes deeply in the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis and the significant positive impact it can have on autistic children and their families. She is passionate about neuro-affirming practice and integrating what she learns in her clinical practice and her teaching.  

Melanie Daly, BCBA, CBA, BA (Psych), Grad Dip (Disability Studies), MED (ABA)

Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner

Melanie Daly is a Certified Behaviour Analyst and a NDIS Registered Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner. She is also currently tutoring for the Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University in the Department of Speech Pathology and assisting in research projects to develop training curriculums for teachers and decrease the prevalence of physical restraints on people with disabilities.  

Melanie has been working as a clinician for children, teens and adults with varying disabilities including Autism, ADHD, Intellectual disabilities and psychosocial disabilities to teach functional skills and reduce behaviours of harm for the past 8 years.  Melanie‘s main experiences has been supporting people with severe harmful behaviours, including supporting and training their care network of parents, teachers, and support workers. She has also focussed on teaching communication and other functional skills to improve quality of life.

Her tertiary education background is in Psychology, Disability Studies and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
